Billy Keith Sipe, Jr. is a Criminal Defense Attorney and has been practicing law for over twenty-three (23) years; he is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist and is very dedicated to his profession. Mr. Sipe was born and raised in Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University. He graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a minor degree in English. After graduation, Mr. Sipe moved to the Pacific Northwest and attended the University of Puget Sound School of Law in Tacoma, Washington. While attending law school Mr. Sipe worked as an intern at the Thurston County Prosecutor's Office in Olympia. After graduating from law school in 1988, Mr. Sipe returned to his hometown, Kingman, Arizona, and began his career as a Criminal Defense Attorney. Although Mr. Sipe personally handles all of his cases, he has an extensive network of expert witnesses and specialists to assist him when necessary. He also serves Of Counsel with the Law Office of Alex Lane, a Criminal Defense law firm in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mr. Sipe has handled thousands of criminal cases and has handled every type of case, including death penalty cases. Mr. Sipe has litigated hundreds of pre-trial motions including attacking the legality of police searches and seizures. Known as a "workaholic", Mr. Sipe enjoys thoroughly investigating cases, researching defenses, and litigating all viable issues. Mr. Sipe is also devoted to his hometown community. He has been involved in sponsorship of youth sports and contributes to local charities. He is a member, and past president, of the Kingman Rotary Club. Through the Kingman Rotary Club, Mr. Sipe heads a yearly project distributing Easter baskets to needy children in the community. Mr. Sipe has also been involved in international humanitarian projects.

When not practicing law, Mr. Sipe enjoys all athletics, motorsports, and is an avid long-distance runner. Mr. Sipe has participated in many elite events across the country including the New York City Marathon.
