Billy Keith Sipe, Jr. is a sole practitioner whose practice is devoted entirely to criminal defense. Mr. Sipe graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1985 where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor degree in English. Thereafter, Mr. Sipe moved to the Pacific Northwest where he attended the University of Puget Sound Law School in Tacoma, Washington. During his third year of law school Mr. Sipe was a prosecutor intern at the Thurston County's Prosecutor's Office in Olympia. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1988 and moved back to his hometown, Kingman, Arizona.

Since 1988, Mr. Sipe has practiced exclusively in all areas of criminal defense. He has handled thousands of cases and has represented clients charged with every type of criminal offense from minor misdemeanors to capital murder. He has handled several high-profile cases in Mohave County, Arizona.

Mr. Sipe is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Mohave County Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Arizona Attorney's for Criminal Justice. Mr. Sipe has also been a seminar speaker. In 1999, Mr. Sipe became a Certified Criminal Law Specialist by the Arizona State Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Sipe is an active member of the Kingman Rotary Club and is actively involved in his community, including yearly sponsorship of little league baseball. When not trying cases he enjoys playing golf, running, Arizona Diamondback baseball, and motorsports (see Sipe Motorsports).
